Friday Research Exchange: "Electronic Voting"

Please join us for "Electronic Voting" by EECS Prof. David Wagner at noon on March 3 in 290 HMMB, UC Berkeley, as part of the Friday Research Exchange.

Abstract:
Electronic voting has spread rapidly since the 2000 elections; the number of voters using e-voting machines has more than doubled since then.  However, many of the issues associated with electronic voting are efforts underway in the ACCURATE center and in my group to improve the of e-voting. relatively new and poorly studied.  In this talk, I will discuss research reliability, security, transparency, accessibility, and trustworthiness.
