CITRIS Headquarters in Sutardja Dai Hall
- The new CITRIS headquarters in Sutardja Dai Hall adds approximately 141,000 gross square feet of space for research laboratories, including a large Microfabrication laboratory, the administrative center for the CITRIS program, a Distance Learning Facility, space for the Millenium Project, laboratories for collaborative research, offices, a 149 seat auditorium, conference rooms, and a student activity lounge/cybercafe.

- The Sutardja Dai Hall was constructed using concrete with a high volume of coal fly ash, which releases signifcantly less C02 into the atmosphere that the standard portland cement.
- Dr. Dan Garcia (CS) had a camera located in Soda Hall and collected high resolution images for a Time-Lapse experience of the building construction.
